What is the value of one audit credit?
The dollar value of an audit credit varies slightly based on your subscription tier. For Basic subscribers, each credit is worth approximately $8-9. For Pro subscribers, credits are worth around $10 each, and for Enterprise subscribers, each credit is valued at $11-12. This means higher tier subscriptions get more value per credit.
Do my unused credits expire?
No, your credits do not expire as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, you'll have 30 days to use any remaining credits before they expire. Credits are subject to the accumulation limits for your subscription tier (60 for Basic, 200 for Pro, and unlimited for Enterprise).
Can I transfer credits to another user?
Individual subscribers cannot transfer credits to other users. However, team subscription members can draw from a shared pool of credits. If you need to transfer credits in special circumstances, please contact our support team for assistance.
How do loyalty milestone rewards work?
Our loyalty program rewards long-term subscribers with increasing benefits. Milestones are reached at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of continuous subscription. Each milestone unlocks additional benefits that stack with your existing subscription benefits, such as bonus monthly credits or additional audit discounts. These loyalty benefits remain as long as your subscription stays active.
Can I use credits with my subscription discount?
Yes! Your subscription discount is applied first, and then you can use credits to pay for the remaining amount. For example, if you're a Pro subscriber with a 20% discount on a $4,999 Standard Audit, your discounted price would be $3,999. You could then use up to 399 credits (equivalent to $3,990) to cover the remaining cost.
